Responsibilities:

• Promptly and professionally address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements for response rate, productivity, and quality.
• Resolve service issues with optimal solutions and follow-up.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Effective communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Able to handle high volumes of customer interactions calmly.
• Eager to learn and grow.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
• Available to work six days a week.
