Jawatan Kosong ASSISTANT FACTORY MANAGER in Kubang Pasu
Description :
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for the overall factory operations which includes, but not limited to factory/operations management, admin, production/maintenance operations, warehouse and logistic operations.
- Monitor and optimize production output, efficiency, and quality across all production lines and sections.
- Coordinate and facilitate inter-departmental and inter-section production flow.
- Supervise production flow, processes and manpower to ensure compliance and adherence to quality, delivery target and stack availability.
- To execute any assignment assigned by Factory Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Product Development, Project Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably Manager specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Experience in ISO AUDITS, HACCP and equivalent is an added advantage.
- Mature, strong leadership character, proactive and dynamic individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
