Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer communications across multiple platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Shopee, TikTok) in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products, order status, and customer inquiries
• Handle returns and refunds processes, including product condition verification, approval, and case follow-up
• Coordinate with warehouse and relevant teams to resolve order-related issues and discrepancies
• Address customer complaints effectively by providing appropriate resolutions (e.g., refunds, replacements, etc.)
• Monitor and resolve order issues such as lost parcels, incorrect shipments, or defective items
• Maintain accurate records of returns and refunds, and prepare daily reports in a timely manner
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in line with company standards

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or any related field
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customers professionally
• Ability to manage customer inquiries and complaints in a calm, patient, and solution-oriented manner
• High attention to detail, especially in handling return and refund processes
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions within guidelines
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or customer service platforms (e.g., Shopee, TikTok, CRM systems)
• Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and teamwork
• Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce is an added advantage
• Willing to learn and adapt to new processes or systems
