Location : Pengerang

Working Days : 5.5 Days

Mon-Fri (8.00 - 5.30pm)

Saturday (8.00 - 12.00pm)

Job description

  • Familiar in handling employee relations, performance management, training and development.
  • Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote fair treatment and compliance with labor laws.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance to HOD on performance-related issues and facilitate employee development plans.
  • Ensure that performance reviews are conducted regularly and that feedback is constructive and actionable.
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote continuous learning and development.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare necessary reports for management.
  • Handle any legal matters related to employment, including worker’s compensation and unemployment claims.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Participate in organizational development initiatives to improve overall efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
