Mon-Fri (8.00 - 5.30pm)
Saturday (8.00 - 12.00pm)
Job description
- Familiar in handling employee relations, performance management, training and development.
- Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote fair treatment and compliance with labor laws.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of issues.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance to HOD on performance-related issues and facilitate employee development plans.
- Ensure that performance reviews are conducted regularly and that feedback is constructive and actionable.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote continuous learning and development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare necessary reports for management.
- Handle any legal matters related to employment, including worker’s compensation and unemployment claims.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Participate in organizational development initiatives to improve overall efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
