Description :

Supports daily store and warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, issuing, and maintaining stock accurately and safely. The role ensures that materials and supplies are readily available, properly stored, and recorded according to company procedures.

Your Responsibilities as follow:

1. Receive incoming materials, tools, and supplies, and verify quantities and condition against delivery documents.

2. Arrange, label, and store items in designated locations to maintain an organized and accessible store area.

3. Issue stock to departments or employees according to approved requests and record all transactions accurately.

4. Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly or annual inventory checks.

5. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the store by following 5S practices and company safety procedures.

6. Report damaged, expired, or low-stock items to the supervisor for appropriate action.

7. Prepare and maintain stock records, issue notes, and other related documentation.

8. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving goods when required.

9. Support the supervisor in improving stock control and store operations.

10. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
