Kerja Kosong Recovery Officer in Sentul
Description :
1. Debt Collection & Recovery
- Contact customers via phone, email, or messaging to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlement arrangements.
- Ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts.
2. Account Monitoring
- Monitor assigned accounts and maintain accurate records of collection activities.
- Update payment status and customer responses in the system.
- Track daily collection targets and performance.
3. Customer Communication
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Provide clear explanations of outstanding balances and payment options.
- Handle customer queries related to payment matters.
4. Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly collection reports.
- Report difficult or disputed accounts to management.
- Escalate non-responsive accounts when necessary.
5. Compliance
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
