Description :

Job scope

  • Guarantee the delivery of exceptional guest experience through continuous improvement initiatives, staff training, and service excellence programs.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Recreations, Attractions, Housekeeping, Human Resources and Administration, Sales and Marketing, POS, IT, Maintenance and Safety and Security, to ensure seamless inter-departmental communication and coordination.
  • Assist Operations Manager to supervise and mentor a diverse team of employees, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee development.
  • Uphold strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local regulations and health and safety standards throughout the park.
  • To ensure that the facilities operate within the agreed schedule and that the safety and satisfaction of guests are prioritized.
  • Ensure all duties for both park support and park operations are performed according to the SOPs established by the Management
  • Assist in recruitment and training of members of staff
  • Actively participate in crisis management, handling emergencies and incidents efficiently to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and employees.
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the essence Escape’s mission and values while promoting the park to potential, Schools, Corporate Groups and collaborators.
  • Oversee the POS (Retail) operations of the park to provide a high standard and quality offering and drive revenues and deliver profitable growth.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Implement corrective actions to improve services based on guest feedback and observations.
  • To properly maintain and create records and documentations with accurate and up to date information, according to company and legal standards, when required.
  • To constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department by suggesting improvements wherever needed.
  • To carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensuring that Sim Leisure’s service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Tourism Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven management experience or requires a recognised professional qualification in leisure / travel / tourism industry experience
  • Excellent and strong leadership, management skill, Communication Skill
  • Strong cultural awareness
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Looking for individual who can quickly adapt to challenging working environment.
  • Independent and Results oriented person and not afraid to push to get things done.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
