Description :
Your duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Provide professional service and basic advice on health, wellness, and beauty products to customers
- Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications and performing related tasks
- Attend to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, helping them identify and purchase suitable products
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner and perform suggestive selling / upselling
- Ensure product display and visibility are in accordance with merchandising and inventory guidelines
- Monitor and manage inventory, including stock levels and expired products
- Ensure product availability at all times and recommend alternatives when necessary
- Stay updated on current promotions, campaigns, and in-store displays
- Assist in goods receiving, stock replenishment, and stock take activities
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the store at all times
- Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
