Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in project planning, establishing project timelines and milestones, ensuring projects progress according to schedule.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, propose solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources, facilitate task execution, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among teams.
- Manage and update project documentation to maintain accuracy and completeness of project information.
- Participate in project meetings, take minutes, and track the implementation of meeting resolutions.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, with a preference for PMP certification.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project, and strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to establish good relationships with team members and stakeholders at various levels.
- Problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to changes in project scenarios.
