Kerja Kosong Finance and HR Administration in Kulim

Description :

  • Assist in compiling and storing relevant personnel, financial, and administrative data while ensuring integrity, accuracy, and completeness
  • Assist in the hiring process by helping the recruitment team members post job ads, schedule interviews, and collect and file applications and candidate information
  • Onboard new hires by participating in orientations, preparing informative materials, and facilitating training sessions to ensure new employees are fully aware of contract terms
  • Support invoice processing and benefits administration by keeping employee records, managing invoices and enrollment forms, and handling changes and terminations
  • Reimbursement forms and other relevant financial and administrative documents
  • Unloaded monthly statutory and proceed payment.
  • Monitor staff attendance and discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
