Description :
We are looking for committed and detail-oriented candidates to join our Quality Assurance team.
1. IQA Technician (Incoming Quality Assurance)
Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming material inspections according to specifications and quality standards
- Verify supplier quality documents and inspection reports
- Handle non-conforming materials and coordinate with suppliers/internal teams
- Maintain inspection records and reports
- Support continuous improvement activities
2. CQA Technician (Customer Quality Assurance)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and quality issues
- Perform failure analysis and corrective action follow-up
- Prepare quality reports and customer responses
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and QA teams
- Support customer audits and quality improvement projects
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related field
- Experience in customer quality or EMS industry preferred
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiar with 8D report, CAPA, and quality tools
- Knowledge of ISO/QMS standards is an advantage.
- Knowledge of inspection tools and quality standards
- Familiar with IPC standards is an advantage
- Able to work independently and in a team
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
