We're Hiring: Tourism Admin Officer

Location: Semporna, Sabah
Pay: RM1,500 - RM1,700 per month

Ohhsem Travel is looking for a Tourism Admin Officer to join our team. If you have experience in tourism or hospitality and love working with people, this is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic travel agency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and assist tourists during their trips.
• Handle bookings, inquiries, and customer service.
• Coordinate with tour guides and service providers to ensure smooth travel experiences.
• Maintain and update booking records and customer information.
• Provide on-the-ground support to tourists during island tours and activities.
• Assist in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience in tourist management or hospitality field (Required).
• Friendly and customer-oriented personality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
