About the Job Scopes
- Performing day to day accounting operations for overseas companies.
- Key in and reconcile suppliers’ invoices.
- Prepare collection report and payment plan. Ensure supplier payment release according to the payment plan.
- Responsible to handle full set of accounts, timely preparation of financial and management reports, cash flow forecasting, reviewing and analysis of the financial data and performance.
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Assure the proper recording of business transactions so that the financial statements of the business are accurate and timely.
- Liaising with auditor, bankers, company secretaries, legal advisors and other government departments on matters relating to finance and accounting.
- Ensure compliance to the Corporate Compliance Policy.
- Improve finance department efficiency and productivity.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc matters as and when required.
About the Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Fresh graduate or candidates at least 1 year of working experience in audit/ accounting are encouraged to apply.
- Possess innovative, positive attitude, open minded, willing to share, honest & good personality.
- Good command of English and verbal English. Effective and charismatic communicator who can communicate with overseas partner.
- Strong proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Remuneration Packages
Attractive salary package from RM3,000 – RM4,000, depending on qualification and experiences.
