Job Title: Sales Operations Assistant (Technical)
Location: Port Klang, Selangor
Department: Sales / Technical
Reports To: Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Manager
Interview: Walk-In & Face to Face Interview only, (NO ONLINE INTERVIEW)

Experience:

• Mechanical Engineering or related field: Minimum 1 year (Preferred)
• Excel Data Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory (Must be skilled in formulas for complex quotations).
• Proficient in technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD) to interpret customer specifications.
• Strong numerical accuracy and extreme attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for export customer support.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (specifically Pultrusion or Composites) is an advantage.

Job Overview: The Sales Operations Assistant supports the Senior Sales Engineer and Sales Manager in managing technical quotations and commercial documentation for our export markets. This role involves maintaining Excel-based pricing systems, preparing technical proposals, and ensuring that customer technical requirements are accurately translated into sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the company’s primary Excel-based quotation system to ensure accurate pricing for fiberglass products.+2
• Prepare official quotations, technical proposals, and commercial documentation for international customers.+1
• Prepare and update technical drawings and product documentation using CAD software to support sales inquiries.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure customer delivery schedules and technical standards are met.+1
• Assist in reviewing customer technical requirements and handling export-related inquiries or complaints.
• Conduct research on competitor pricing and new pultrusion technologies to support sales growth.
• Maintain and communicate quality policies and technical procedures to customers as required.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
