Description :
This is a full-time on-site role based in Butterworth for an Accounts & Administration Executive / Assistant. The role involves handling accounting tasks, including assisting with a full set of accounts and applying accounting knowledge in daily operations. Additionally, the role includes managing administrative duties and maintaining organized financial records using accounting software. The selected candidate will also support the team in achieving financial goals and ensuring efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using SQL Accounting Software, MS Excel will be advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to meet deadline
- Proficiency in administrative support and multitasking capabilities
- LCCI, Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
