Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily sales activities within the assigned territory, ensuring company products are stocked, displayed, and promoted at customer locations.
- Regularly visit existing clients to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting products and driving sales growth.
- Collect market data, competitor insights, and consumer behavior trends during client visits and provide timely feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Assist in developing strategies based on market feedback and sales data to improve sales performance.
- Provide high-quality customer service, addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure smooth communication with clients, timely product deliveries, and resolution of any unforeseen issues.
- Regularly check customer stock levels, ensuring sufficient inventory and timely replenishment.
- Assist clients with order management, ensuring accurate and timely order processing and delivery.
- Implement promotional activities effectively in line with company campaigns, ensuring proper execution at customer locations.
- Promote new products or special offers to customers to increase visibility and drive sales.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve team sales goals.
- Provide regular sales updates and market information to the team and management, collaborating on strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- 1–3 years of working experience in FMCG sales
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel and conduct regular market visits.
