Description :

We are a franchise yogurt & healthy dessert outlet specialising in yogurt drinks, healthy beverages, and frozen yogurt/ice cream. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations, lead the team, and drive sales performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role. The Outlet Supervisor is expected to work on the floor, prepare drinks, serve customers, and at the same time supervise staff, maintain standards, and report closely to Management.

Key ResponsibilitiesOutlet Operations

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Work on the floor during shifts (drink preparation, customer service, cleaning)
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently followed
• Handle cash, POS system, daily sales closing, and basic stock monitoring

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead, motivate, and supervise outlet staff on a daily basis
• Ensure staff follow SOPs, company rules, and franchise guidelines
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
• Conduct monthly staff performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Train new and existing staff on operations, service standards, and sales techniques

Sales & Performance

• Drive outlet sales and work towards achieving monthly sales targets
• Actively upsell products and lead by example on the sales floor
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue
• Earn monthly commission based on achieving or exceeding sales targets

Reporting & Communication

• Report directly to Management / Business Owner
• Maintain frequent communication with Management on:
• Daily operations
• Sales performance
• Staff issues
• Customer feedback
• Provide suggestions and ideas to improve outlet performance, efficiency, and customer experience

Compliance & Accountability

• Ensure compliance with franchise requirements, SOPs, and internal policies
• Maintain a high level of honesty, responsibility, and professionalism
• Take ownership of the outlet and treat it with care and accountability

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong leadership mindset with the ability to manage and guide a small team
• Proactive, responsible, and not overly calculative about work scope
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented with a passion for achieving targets
• Trustworthy and comfortable handling cash and outlet reporting
• Highly organised, clean, and detail-oriented
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
• Full-time commitment

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary + sales commission (based on outlet performance)
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions
• Overtime pay or additional compensation when extra support is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
