Responsibilities:
Too assist HR Recruitment activities at Farm & Factories:-
- Supporting recruiting teams with clerical duties.
- Supporting induction in preparing documents such as Personal Form, Induction Check List, ABC Check List and others related documents.
- Update name list for new staff, Food Handler Training record, Code of Conduct record and filing all the documents in Personal File/Training Record.
- Organize and update employee Personal File for new staff and resigned/abscond staff
- Help to screening resume and assist the recruiting teams in interview session and finalized the suitable applicants.
- Assist for background checking the application status before join.
- Indirectly involved in Personal File audit, Code of Conduct, HACCP or ISO audit
- Checking medical report and injection Typhoid examination date, deals with panel clinic and related department.
- And others related job descriptions for Human Resource
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
Fixed allowance for RM 600.00 / month
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM600.00 per month
