Description :

Responsibilities:
The Reliability Test Operator will carry out the following technical functions in support of product reliability qualification and monitoring:

• Electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipment
• Loading and unloading of IC components onto burn-in boards
• Loading and unloading burn-in boards into test chambers (must be able to lift 40 lbs.)
• Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuits
• Perform Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (C-SAM) testing
• Operation of measurement equipment such as curve tracer, oscilloscope and Keithley test rack
• Use of X-Ray system and optical microscope is support of failure analysis
• Perform FA sample preparation tasks such as cross-sectioning and chemical decapsulation of IC devices.
• Other engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as-needed basis

Requirements:

• A Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics or equivalent certification.
• 1-2 years of experience as an Operator in the semiconductor industry.
• Working experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and similar desktop computing applications.
