Jawatan Kosong Accounts and Admin Assistant in Melaka
Description :
Responsibility
1. Responsible for Accounts Payable activities including payment processing.
2. Responsible for Accounts Receivable activities including recording of collection from customers.
3. Reconciliation of supplier statements with accounting records.
4. Dealing with debtors and creditors for discrepancies.
5. Prepare bank reconciliation for all banks.
6. Prepare weekly bank balance report and cashflow report
7. Prepare monthly sales report.
8. Support on yearly stock counting.
9. Support on administrative matters
Other job assigned by superior from time to time, work on alternate Saturday.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
