Description :

To oversees and ensure warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

 Manage and oversee the entire warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.

 Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and workflows.

 Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.

 Ensure raw materials / equipment’s are stored in an organized manner and in optimal conditions.

 To assist in recruiting / training / supervising warehouse staff.

 Set employee goals and objectives and conduct performance reviews.

 Ensure staff are adequately trained and adhere to safety standards and procedures.

o Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork.

2. Inventory Management:

o Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software. o Implement effective stock control systems to minimize shrinkage and losses.

o Conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile with the inventory system.

3. Safety and Compliance: o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

o Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.

o Implement and enforce safety procedures and policies.

o Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

4. Logistics Coordination: o Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies for timely delivery and shipment.

o Oversee the loading and unloading of goods. o Optimize the use of warehouse space and layout.

5. Performance Metrics: o Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.

o Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

6. Customer Service:

o Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

o Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

 Proven experience as a warehouse manager or similar role.

 Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.

 Strong organizational and time management skills.

 Excellent communication and leadership skills.

 Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

 Familiarity with safety and health regulations. 

Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
