Job responsibilities

• Acquire new-to-bank deposit customers via tablet on-boarding, manual on-boarding via branches or any other available channels.
• Manage and develop existing customer relationships, and increase share of wallet for their designated business center.
• Identify cross selling opportunities for both new and existing customers, leveraging on the Bank's extensive suite of transaction banking solutions such as cash management, corporate internet banking platform (Hong Leong ConnectFirst) and Global Markets.
• Grow deposit customer base, portfolio CA balances, deposit interest income and Global Markets fee income in accordance to targets assigned.
• Ensure delivery of consistent and high standards of product and services through active engagement with customers, and actively manage customers' queries and issues relating to cash, HLCF and FX services.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting / finance / banking / economics / law or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in banking or financial institution related working experience.
