Jawatan Kosong Front Office Assistant in Hang Tuah Jaya

Description :

  • Report for work punctually in a proper and neat attire complete with name tag.
  • Read log book and initial at the beginning of every shift.
  • Attend daily briefing before start of shift.
  • Perform reception functions.
  • Assist guest in opening/handling of safe boxes.
  • Perform cashiers functions.
  • Attend to all guest enquires, request and complaints.
  • Perform reservation functions as and when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area
  • Ensure all shift closing are balance.
  • To report to superiors of all guest complaints.
  • Maintain safety/security and confidentiality at all times.
  • Maximize revenue through up-selling and suggestive selling.
  • Generate reports as and when required.
  • Attend monthly meetings as and when required.
  • Perform other duties as and when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
