Description :

1. Payroll Processing Management

  • Prepare and process overall payroll ensuring that salary is paid timely and accurately (commission, incentive, allowance, reimbursement).
  • Check attendance & OT for on-time payroll processing.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Levy, LHDN) for partners accounts.
  • Prepare confirmation letters, increment, warning, suspension, and termination letters.
  • Handle resignations and process final settlement (gratuity, unused leave, last salary).

2. Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates
  • Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers
  • Liaise with departments to understand manpower needs and job specification
  • Prepare job descriptions and advertise vacancies on relevant platforms
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including offer letters and documentation
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Liaise with external agencies, job portals, and educational institutions when required
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress

3. Foreign Workers Management

  • Handle end to end recruitment for foreign workers
  • Manage documentation related to work permits, FOMEMA and renewals
  • Liaise with government authorities, agencies, and service providers on foreign worker matters
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and immigration regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of foreign workers
  • Support housing, medical check-ups, and other welfare arrangements where applicable

4 . General HR Support

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with HR reports and documentation
  • Support disciplinary, attendance, and leave administration
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Requirement

  • 1–2 years of working experience in Human Resource & Administration (HRA)
  • At least Diploma in HR or Business Management or other related field
  • Proficient in operating and managing payroll systems
  • Experienced and know how in handling recruitment processes and activities, foreign workers hostel and having a driving license B & D
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledgeable in office administration and general administrative tasks
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
