Kerja Kosong Quantity Surveyor Pre Contract in Durian Tunggal
Description :
1. Cost Estimation & Budgeting
- Prepare preliminary cost estimates based on drawings and specifications
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning
- Develop detailed cost breakdown and project budgets
2. Tendering & Procurement
- Prepare tender documents, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and specifications
- Invite, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Perform cost analysis and recommendation for award
- Liaise with procurement team on material pricing
3. Contract Administration (Pre-Contract)
- Assist in preparing contract documents and agreements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contract requirements
- Identify potential contractual risks and provide mitigation strategies
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with project team (engineers, architects, planners)
- Attend pre-tender and design meetings
- Prepare cost reports and present to management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,560.00 - RM6,247.52 per month
Work Location: In person
