Kerja Kosong Training Specialist Production in Penang
Description :
- Assist in coordinating the training workflow from training need analysis to evaluation of the training effectiveness.
- Work together with the training team to develop and deliver training tools for operations based on the business need.
- Administration of Training Record System (TRS) to ensure records accuracy and up to date. Job scope inclusive of Creation and Maintenance of TRS training plans & records
- Communicate with respective team on TRS issue resolution at site level and communication and liaison with the TRS Global team.
- Administration of training procedures in the document system, including uploading new documents/procedures and change process.
- Follow up with the Qualification and re-qualification of those carrying out training (Train the Trainer)
- Evaluation and Periodic review of manufacturing practices and of those carrying out training.
- Actively involved in corrective action follow-ups when applicable (NCEP, Audits, etc.)
- Participate in training related projects to continuously improve the Training system within the business context.
- Minimum Degree level education with relevant working experience.
- Possess 3-5 years experiences in the regulated environment and with the Learning Management System administration and production trainer experience are beneficial.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
- Good organizing skill with the ability to generate group dynamic and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication: read/write/oral.
- A comfort level with presenting and speaking in front of groups.
- MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- General aptitude and comfort level with software applications
- Must be able to work independently and can manage own workload.
