Job Description
- Undergo in house training programs, project assignments and hands-on estate operations across our estates in West Malaysia / Sabah in various areas such as Oil Palm Nursery Practices, Weeding Management, Pests and Diseases, Manuring of Oil Palm, Pruning of Fronds, Harvesting, R&D trials, Quality Control Checks, GPS/GIS work etc.
- Upon completion of the training programs, successful candidates will be based in West Malaysia / Sabah and will be offered full time employment.
Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma in Agriculture/ Plantation or any relevant field.
- Experience in oil palm plantation industry will be an added advantage
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Work independently, dynamic and result oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work and live in plantation environment.
- Should be prepared in West Malaysia/ Sabah
Job Types: Temporary, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Location:
- Johor Bahru (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
