Kerja Kosong Halal Executive Food Manufacturing in Seremban
Description :
Responsibility:
a) Responsible for ensuring that the production processes and final products comply with Halal requirements and regulations.
b) Ensure the latest food regulations, standards, policies & procedures are incorporated into product Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), and work with the Production operational team to enforce requirements such as HALAL, GMP, HACCP, ISO.
c) Continue to keep product files updated with the latest SOPs and recipes.
d) Review and evaluate the Halal status of ingredients used in milk powder production, ensuring to meet the Halal criteria, and are sourced from approved suppliers.
e) In charge to Halal matter and liaise with JAKIM / JAIS officer for audit matter.
f) Ensure that product labelling and packaging comply with Halal regulations, including the use of appropriate Halal certification logos and the absence of non-Halal ingredients or elements.
g) Maintain accurate records and documentation of Halal compliance activities, including certifications, audits, training, and corrective actions.
h) Establish and maintain relationships with Halal certifying bodies and authorities on matters related to Halal certification, audits, and compliance.
i) Support ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Qualifications:
a) A diploma / bachelor's degree in food science, Halal studies, or a related field is typically required, candidate who able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
b) At least 2 years and above working experience on manufacturing, preferred from manufacturing background.
c) Possess Halal Executive certificate issued by recognized Halal Training Provider by HPB (Halal Professional Board) by JAKIM.
d) Preferably good knowledge in GMP / HACCP / HALAL.
e) Familiarity with the Halal certification process, including auditing, documentation, and compliance.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
