REMOTE WORKING
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team remotely. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or experienced professionals to grow in the accounting field and work with a diverse portfolio of accounting clients.

  • Assist with managing a diverse portfolio of accounting clients, providing service and support remotely.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive and accurate full sets of accounts for our Singapore SME clients.
  • Prepare month-end schedules and execute precise adjusting entries.
  • Review and prepare GST returns, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks for our clients.
  • Deliver monthly reporting packages tailored to meet clients' needs.
  • Perform tax computations to help our clients optimize their tax positions.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing remotely, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Use your technical expertise by drafting unaudited financial statements and preparing XBRL reports with precision and accuracy.
  • Utilize cloud-based software (Xero, Talenox, Bukku, Microsoft Teams, etc.) to enable efficient workflows and deliver timely results.
  • Perform ad hoc or administrative duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to team success.
  • Report directly to the Principal Consultant / Director in our Singapore office, benefiting from mentorship and expertise through virtual communication channels.

Educational Qualifications / Requirements

  • A degree in Accounting, ACCA, diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to professional growth and development.
  • 1 year previous accounting experience is required.
  • Experience with Xero accounting software is highly regarded.
  • A good command of spoken and written English for effective communication with internal teams and external clients remotely.
  • The ability to speak Chinese or Japanese is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and independent, while also being a proactive team player in a remote setting.

Salary / Work Hours / Benefits

  • Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,300 per month (subject to EPF contributions, etc.)
  • Working hours: 5-day workweek, Mon - Fri (9 am - 7 pm) Saturday (when required)
  • Location: Remote work (open to candidates from any state in Malaysia)
