[JOB DESCRIPTION]
- Interpret technical drawing and performing machining process and requirement to produce the work piece.
- Ability to setup machine programming
- Operate and produce parts as per drawing specification.
- Provide guidance to machine operator with basic instruction on machine operation.
- Execute basic machine maintenance.
- Maintain and update machine tooling and equipment inventory.
- Perform failure analysis on failed product, identify root cause, implement preventive measures and immediate recovery action.
- Review and improvise manufacturing process to achieve quality and efficiency improvement.
- Fully air-con and dust free environment.
- Responsible for any other related duties assigned by the Management.
[REQUIREMENTS]
- Candidate with semiconductor industry experience in operating Milling CNC Machines preferred.
- NTC/Diploma in Precision or Mechanical Engineering may apply.
- Ablilty to interpret technical drawings with machining knowledge.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM related software such as AutoCad, Uni-Graphic, MasterCam, Solid Works etc.
- Possess good analytical, verbal or written and interpersonal skills.
