Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Supervision & Team Management
• Supervise and manage cleaning staff on daily operations
• Assign tasks and duty schedules to cleaners
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance
• Train new cleaners on proper cleaning procedures and safety
• Cleaning Operations
• Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned according to standards
• Inspect work areas regularly to maintain cleanliness quality
• Handle special cleaning tasks when required (deep cleaning, etc.)
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Quality Control
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure high cleaning standards
• Address complaints and take corrective action immediately
• Maintain cleanliness checklist and reports
• Inventory & Equipment Management
• Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and request replenishment
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition
• Report any damages or maintenance issues
• Health & Safety Compliance
• Ensure staff follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Enforce use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Report any accidents or hazards at the workplace
• Client & Management Coordination
• Communicate with clients regarding cleaning requirements
• Report daily progress and issues to management
• Ensure client satisfaction at all times
• Administrative Duties
• Prepare reports (attendance, performance, cleaning schedules)
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Assist management with planning and improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
