Kerja Kosong Head of Workshop TCIE in Sandakan
Description :
- Prepare and review branch level workshop performance reports including achievements, workshop productivity, and KPIs
- Attend performance review sessions, team meetings, and conflict resolution discussions.
- Participate in daily service operations including admin, customer service and reporting
- Assist in planning and execution of service strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets
- Analyze service data, market trends, and competitor activities to support sales direction.
- Monitor service quality, turnaround time, and customer complaints handling
- Observe and learn daily service operations including job control, manpower planning, and technical support.
- Execute branch-level service operational planning and budgeting
- Develop personal leadership traits, communication skills, and decision-making abilities
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
