About the Role: Recruitment Associate

As a Recruitment Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our talent acquisition process, ensuring that we connect the right candidates with the right opportunities. Here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day:

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft compelling job postings and engaging job descriptions.
• Source top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Profile and present candidates effectively to clients.
• Identify and engage potential clients within targeted sectors.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Guide candidates through available opportunities and support them throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate relationships.
• Assist with sales operations and administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across diverse cultures and levels.
• A flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for headhunting, candidate placement, and sales.
• Strong skills in assessing candidates and matching them with the right roles.
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
