Description :

• Client Representation: Representing clients in court proceedings, hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings related to accident matters, criminal cases, and various types of litigation.
• Case Evaluation and Strategy: Evaluating the merits of cases and developing legal strategies based on their assessment. This includes assessing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and researching case law.
• Legal Research and Preparation: Conducting extensive legal research to support arguments and decisions. Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.
• Courtroom Advocacy: Presenting cases in court and advocating for clients’ rights and interests effectively. This involves oral arguments, cross-examination of witnesses, and presenting evidence.
• Negotiation and Settlement: Negotiating settlements or plea bargains on behalf of clients to resolve cases efficiently and in their best interests.
• Client Counseling: Providing legal advice and counseling to clients regarding their rights, legal options, and potential outcomes of their cases.
• Case Management: Managing multiple cases simultaneously, including scheduling court appearances, meetings with clients, and deadlines for filings.
• Evidence Gathering: Gathering and analyzing evidence relevant to the case, which may involve medical records, accident reports, witness statements, and expert testimony.
• Trial Preparation: Preparing clients and witnesses for trial testimony. This includes rehearsals, reviewing case strategies, and ensuring all necessary documentation and exhibits are prepared.
• Legal Compliance: Ensuring all legal procedures and requirements are followed throughout the litigation process, including adherence to court rules and deadlines.
• Conflict Resolution: Resolving disputes between parties through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation, depending on the nature of the case and client objectives.
• Continuing Education: Staying updated with changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents related to accident matters, criminal law, and other areas of litigation.
• Client Communication: Maintaining regular communication with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their cases, explain legal strategies, and manage expectations.
• Ethical Standards: Adhering to ethical standards of the legal profession, including confidentiality, integrity, and zealous representation of clients’ interests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
