Role - Customer Success Specialist
Language - English/ Malay
Location - Medini 7, Johor Baharu, Malaysia
Shift - Rotational (6 Days Working)
Responsibilities:
~ Manage inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
~ Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
~ Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
~ Log call details and customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
~ Escalate complex issues to relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
~ Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
