Position Summary
We are hiring a dedicated Admin & Accounts Clerk to handle both general administrative and basic accounting tasks. This is a dual-role position suitable for a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic office environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties
- Manage company documentation and filing systems (physical and digital)
- Schedule meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and organize office logistics
- Maintain office supplies, stock operation and support daily operations
- Prepare and send service updates, reminders, or operational documentation to clients
- Support client onboarding and ensure smooth handover of operational tasks
- Monitor customer satisfaction and relay feedback to the operations team for improvement
- Maintain a professional and helpful communication tone with clients via phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer requests related to account or admin services
Accounting Duties
- Perform basic bookkeeping: data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments
- Maintain and reconcile financial records and petty cash
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports
- Help track client billing and follow up on outstanding payments
- Liaise with clients and vendors for accounting-related matters
Job Requirements
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or accounts role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or QuickBooks) is a bonus
- Good organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently
