The Mission

We aren't a "textbook" firm. We operate in the real world where things move fast. Your role is to be the guardian of our financial integrity. You won't just be "checking boxes"—you will be the technical lead ensuring our practical operations translate into perfect financial reporting.

What You’ll Own

• Technical Oversight: Maintaining high-accuracy accounting records and ensuring every transaction is coded with precision.
• Systems Evolution: Leading our transition from QuickBooks to Odoo, ensuring our data integrity remains intact during the migration.
• Mentorship: Acting as the "Technical North Star" for an experienced finance team, helping them bridge the gap between practical work and formal accounting standards.
• Financial Health: Owning the month-end closing process, reconciliations, and payment data validation.

The Ideal Profile

• Credentials: You are a CPA (Malaysia or equivalent).

• Communication: You can explain complex MFRS/IFRS concepts to non-accountants without sounding like a manual.
• Software Savvy: Experience with QuickBooks is great; an interest in Odoo/ERP systems is even better.
