Description :

Content Management

a) Upload and schedule TikTok videos according to the content calendar.

b) Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Community Management

a) Monitor comments and direct messages.

b) Engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.

c) respond to or refer to a customer inquiry related to TikTok

d) Report any negative or inappropriate behavior or content.

e) Capable of moderating TikTok Live sessions and managing audience interactions effectively.

Account Management

a) Maintain and update account bio, profile picture, and links.

b) Monitor analytics to track growth, reach, and engagement.

c) Optimize posting times and content formats based on analytics.

Content Coordination

a) Work with influencers or content creators if applicable.

b) Assist with ideation and trend research to inform future content.

c) Stay up to date with TikTok trends, challenges, and algorithm updates.

Reporting

a) Provide weekly/monthly performance reports.

b) Identify best-performing content and areas for improvement.

c) Assist in running TikTok ad campaigns.

d) Monitor ad performance and suggest optimizations.

e) Kindly proceed to arrange for the distribution of parcels accordingly

f) Willing and able to work on weekends and rotation shift as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
