Jawatan Kosong Quantity Surveyor Building Construction in Kota Kinabalu
Description :
- Issuance of certification of work order and other documentation.
- Liaising with site managers, site engineers, and other necessary people to ensure the project follows to the timeline.
- Preparing and issuing progress claim for sub-contractors.
- Assist in contractual issues.
- Preparing contract and final accounts for sub-contractors.
- Possessed Bachelor degree or diploma in quantity surveying (QS) or any university programme accredited by the Board of Quantity Surveying Malaysia (BQSM).
- Minimum 3 years working experience in related industry.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCad and MS Office.
- Pro-active and can work independently.
- Can speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
