Jawatan Kosong Legal Counsel Kuala Lumpur in Kuala Lumpur
Description :
LLB, Bar or CLP. Preferably with a litigation background, but it is not a prerequisite.
Minimum 5 years of PQE in well-established law firms specialising in commercial disputes and/or the corporate area.
Familiar with National Land Code, Capital Market & Services Act, Company Act, Financial Services Act, AMLA and many other business-related Acts.
Resourceful, a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
Able to provide accurate and sound advice which displays critical thinking and good strategic business sense in a timely manner.
Strong command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves communication with a joint-venture company from China
Must be a result-driven and service-driven individual, must have exceptionally good problem-solving skills, be highly adaptable and flexible, and work comfortably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
