Kerja Kosong Admin Assistant in Melaka

Description :

- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure coordination with production and outlets able to execute activities smoothly.

- Support marketing department in customer service responsibilities such as replying simple questions on Facebook, Instagram and via email.

- Support marketing department in organizing various product launches and festive activities.

- Assist in product photoshoots.

- Compose, review or post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts when needed

- Write marketing material / memo for internal communication..

- Familiar with Microsoft Office, basic design skill will be added advantage.

- Good command in English and Malay

- Responsible, self motivated and good interpersonal skill
