Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated TUKANG PERABOT to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for furniture assembly and repair, with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship. This role involves working with various materials and tools to create, assemble, and maintain furniture pieces that meet our high-quality standards.
Duties
- Assemble furniture according to specifications and design plans, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their furniture needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials to enhance skills and service offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in furniture assembly or carpentry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and techniques.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy items as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Have GDL driving license is an additional.
