Jawatan Kosong Finance And Account Executive in Ipoh
Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist in the development and management of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and process payroll, including salary disbursement and statutory deductions.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Support the audit process and liaise with auditors as required.
- Assist in preparing financial statements for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance or Account Executive, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling payroll and taxation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Financial Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)

- Bahasa Melayu (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- B2 and/or D (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (Preferred)
