Kerja Kosong Machinist in Bayan Lepas
Description :
CNC MILLING/TURNING/EDM
To be based in Bayan Lepas & Bukit Minyak
Roles And Responsibilities:
- To coordinate and solve any technical problem within your knowledge to get the job done on time.
- To analyze and work independently on technical drawing, calculation, set-up, process, method, machine operations, tools, and equipment.
- To prepare weekly progress reports.
- To propose technical improvements in the fabrication process, method, and speed to meet company standards.
- To coordinate with others to develop a good fabrication process for any job assigned.
- To have the commitment to estimate hours and lead time when required.
- Responsible for arranging and completing all assignments job in time.
- To control the highest quality of products produced.
- Responsible for machining and arranging for machines to be serviced when required.
- To ensure the work surrounding are kept clean and safe.
- To maintain the cleanliness of the machine.
- To follow Work Instructions and Standard of Procedures accordingly.
- All other responsibilities are assigned by Supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
- SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering.
- Knowledge and experience with CAM software.
- 1 to 2-years working experience in a similar capacity and similar industry.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to understand mechanical drawing.
- Knowledge and experience to operate the machine such as milling, lathe, grinding, CNC milling, and CNC lathe.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
