Jawatan Kosong HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER in Kota Bharu

Description :

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (A-Z) including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
- Ensure hiring quality and reduce turnover.

2. Employee Relations & Discipline
- Handle staff disciplinary matters, warning letters, show cause, and investigation.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour regulations.

3. Performance Management
- Monitor staff KPI and attendance performance.
- Support management in improving productivity and accountability.

4. HR Administration
- Prepare payroll records, leave management and staff documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR reports.

5. HR Policy & Culture
- Develop HR policies and SOPs.
- Support company culture, engagement and staff development initiatives.

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 2–4 years HR experience
- Experience handling recruitment, discipline issues, and payroll
- Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act & HR practices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
