Key Responsibilities:

Drink Preparation:

• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, following standard recipes and customer requests.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar menu, including specialty cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages.
• Ensure that all drinks are served in compliance with legal regulations and company policies regarding alcohol service.

Customer Service:

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Take orders and engage with customers to provide a positive experience.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Suggest menu items, including food and drinks, to enhance guest satisfaction.

Bar Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, sinks, shelves, and storage areas.
• Ensure that all glassware, utensils, and bar tools are clean and properly stored.
• Restock bar inventory as needed, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages and waste.

Transactions:

• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines as outlined by the company and local health authorities.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs, refusing service to intoxicated guests, and following all legal requirements.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
