Description :
A Customer Success Executive is responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes while using a company's products and services. Their role is to build strong relationships, drive product adoption, and increase customer satisfaction to maximize retention and growth
Job Responsibilties:
- Customer onboarding - Assist new customers in understanding and successfully use the product
- Relationship Management -Maintain a strong relationship with key clients and ensure satisfaction.
- Product Adoption & Training - Provide guidance and support to maximize product usage
- Proactive Engagement - Anticipate customer needs and address issue before they arise.
- Renewals & Retention - Work to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling - identify opportunities to offer additional services or upgrades.
- Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams for product enhancements
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree holder from any courses; 1-2+ years of experience in customer service preferred
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems
- This position will be based at East Region (Sabah & Sarawak) & do require to travel to HQ office for office meeting/gatherings.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset;
- Able to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment;
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing tools and procedures
- Strong sense of responsibility and a good team player.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
