About this position:
Due to continued global growth within the organization, 3DISC are looking to expand with the addition of a Regional Commercial Sales Manager in SEA / AUZ region. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within one of the most rapidly growing areas of digital dentistry, improving both patient and clinician experience with our next generation product-Heron IOS. The ideal candidate is someone with dental experience (IOS knowledge preferred) with a passion for international business and a willingness to travel. Primarily focused towards engaging with dealers, the successful candidate will have a demonstrable background of Digital Dentistry and be a strong communicator able to engage with a variety of stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
· Efficiently Deliver product training and support for customers to ensure partners are confident with product offering and co-travelling where necessary.
. Engaging with existing channel partners across the region to support and assist selling Heron where required.
· Develop partnership approach by developing strong relationships with local distributor, physicians, lab staff, lab supervisors, and purchasing personnel.
· Actively developing new business to increase the footprint of Heron within the INDIA region
· Attend local congresses to increase brand awareness and drive marketing campaigns. ·
Ability to use appropriate sales tools to ensure strong development of new and existing business.
Giving demonstrations in universities time to time to ensure brand has been popularized in more than one way.
Training sales team across the market on the application of the product.
Requirements:
. · 2 - 5 years’ Work experience in dental/has been working with a scanning service provider
(digital or imaging) related sales field.
· Knowledge of Digital dentistry market with an existing relationship network. ·
Ability to build good working relationships with a variety of stakeholders from a diverse cultural background.
· Competence in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Willingness to travel and maintain a high field visibility across INDIA territories.
· Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
· Fluent in English and Local Accents prerequisite
