Job Title: Live Host/Content Creator

Location: Proton e.MAS, Kuala Terengganu
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Dealer Principal

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator to produce engaging and high-quality content that aligns with the Proton e.MAS brand identity. The role involves creating photo, video, and written content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Development & Production

• Plan, create, and publish engaging photo, video, and written content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and the company website.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, events, and customer experiences.

2. Social Media Management

• Manage official social media accounts: posting schedules, responding to comments/messages, and growing audience engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to stay relevant.

3. Branding & Storytelling

• Ensure all content aligns with Proton e.MAS brand voice, values, and guidelines.
• Craft compelling stories about the brand, products, and customer experiences, with a focus on electric mobility and innovation.

4. Event & Campaign Support

• Provide media coverage for showroom events, roadshows, and product launches.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track content performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Suggest improvements based on insights and feedback.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in automotive or retail marketing.

Skills

• Proficient in photography, videography, and editing (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut).
• Strong copywriting and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.

Other

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays for events.
• Passionate about electric vehicles and automotive innovation is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
