Job Title: Clinic Reception & Admin Executive

About Us

Eternity Specialist Dental Clinic in Kota Damansara is a modern, digital dental practice dedicated to creating confident smiles and delivering excellent patient care. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Clinic Reception & Admin Executive to join our growing team.

Role Overview

You will be the first point of contact for patients and the backbone of our clinic’s daily operations. This role combines reception duties with administrative, simple accounts, and personal assistant support to the Clinic Owner.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Patient Care

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.

• Manage calls, WhatsApp, emails, and appointment bookings.

• Handle patient enquiries and follow-up reminders.

• Ensure a smooth and pleasant patient experience from arrival to departure.

Administration & Simple Accounts

• Maintain patient records and clinic management systems.

• Generate invoices, process payments, and monitor outstanding balances.

• Assist with daily accounts, expenses, and supplier coordination.

• Support clinic operations (stock management, ordering, and suppliers)

Personal Assistant Support (occasionally)

• Assist Clinic Owner with scheduling, reminders, and admin tasks.

• Help with clinic-related errands and coordination.

• Support in planning meetings, events, and professional commitments.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification (Business / Admin / Hospitality / Healthcare Management preferred).

• Fresh graduates in hospital management/hospitality encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia ( Mandarin / Tamil is a bonus).

• Computer literate (MS Office, Basic Excel, Canva, Google Space)

• Friendly, well-organized, reliable (no frequent MCs or Emergency Leaves), and able to multitask.

• Prior hospitality / customer service experience is an added advantage.

LOCATION & WORK HOURS

Kota Damansara

Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm daily (6 days a week schedule - 1 day off per week)

Preferred age group : 25 -35 years old

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
